(Problems with magnets links are fixed by upgrading your torrent client!)
1) update partition have been removed. 2) compressed in .WIA (Wii Iso Archive) format .wia files are 35% smaller than .WBFS in average as the game data itself is compressed too, not only the unused bytes. .wia files are 65% smaller(!) than .ISO in average (calculated by 127 games) info about .WIA: https://wit.wiimm.de/info/wia.html use 'WIT' to uncompress to .wbfs or .iso e.g: "wit copy example.wia example.wbfs" info about WIT: https://wit.wiimm.de/wit/ (present wia compression setting was: [email protected])

How the fuck are a normal person supposed to understand how to convert this file to an iso file!?!? Its fraking rocket sience in my eyes! !? HELP! GUIDE!?! DERP!?
Oh wait.... i think it might have worked now... BUT STILL, just upload a freaking iso file next time. Please.
Nope, it didn't. I might be retarded, but so is this torrent.
i didnt upload an .iso because:
1) thousands of other people ALREADY did that before me so that would be useless (torrents works best if many people are downloading them - if you upload more torrents of the same content, less people will download each separate torrent, leechers split, less seeders, torrents become slower. so never upload a torrent which is already on the internet.)
2) as i wrote in the description, wia files are smaller enough to be WORTH storing your wii collection in that format.
smaller size means smaller downloads
3) i myself keep my collection in that format, so this is what i CAN share. if i would use iso, my collection would need 585 GB space which is 380 GB more than it is currently.
for help with .wia (assuming youre using windows) please refer to https://piratebayproxy.live/torrent/7571586/

use the wii backup fusion to convert .wit to .iso or .wbfs
never even heard of wia before this
surely wbfs is more commonly used?
surely wbfs is more commonly used?
the 2 file formats are different:
-wbfs is just a normal image file storing the dvd dumbly not by files but sector-by-sector with only one special property: "and here comes a huged amount of unused bytes". that's why wbfs files are smaller than .iso
-wia is not an image, it's more like a .zip it is storing not sectors but all files one-by-one from the iso and then compressing the files. that's why .wia is smaller than .wbfs
you can use .wbfs online (streaming) as it is an image and you do not need extra processor to uncompress. you cannot use .wia directly because of that, it is more like an archive format.

...to put it simply (but not necessarily correctly)
commenting before download... havent dled any wia formats yet.. not sure if the wii backup manager i have can read that format, if not ill check out the link you gave in the description...
and dt... no need to explain yourself, especially to what is obviously the most played-out troll to all game related uploads... "how i play?", "how i seed?"
and if ur not just posting to post xC... go to wiihacks .com or gbatemp .net... they have the best guides ive found...

Retard.
@xCirrex You probably dont read this after so long time..
If you are so stupid to think most people want an ISO-file, you should just keep your mouth shut and be glad someone upload here for you at all.
Never heard of emulator? With 1080p and several advantages. I asume you gonna burn it and play on console just because you got one..

You goddamned fucking douche. Why the fuck did you use this with some freaking cryptic program? I have been trying to get my modded Wii U partition to read this, but nope. All my other 30+ games show up, but not this. Been trying to get this to work for about 2 fucking hours now, no thanks to you, you fucking shithead? Why did you make us use some weird program we will probably only ever use once? I feel like I need to take some college course in order to get this to work. Fucking hell, you should have just used WBFS, who gives a fuck about that 30%, if you can't get it to fucking work? fucking shit
Wow people here are retarded. If you want an iso, go download the iso - we dont care about your bandwidth.
I've never tried this format, but i'm happy to do so. Details on how to decompress have been made, so i imagine this wont be any real hassle.
So thanks, and thanks for not just uploading a full iso like most other retards on the internet.

STILL SEEDING after one year, dont be afraid if the seeders shows 0, that is temporary, my seeding server is occasionally down to save power. Feel free to add this torrent to your download list, as soon as i turn on my seeding server your download will start. I allow only 1 peer/torrent so be patient, maybe the download is slow but it is sure, these torrents will be seeded for years.

Hi guys, just to share what i do to convert .wia to .iso and vice in versa. I use it in command prompt.
from iso to wia :
wit COPY --raw --progress --wia file.iso file.wia
from wia to iso :
wit COPY --raw --progress --iso file.wia file2.iso
from iso to wia :
wit COPY --raw --progress --wia file.iso file.wia
from wia to iso :
wit COPY --raw --progress --iso file.wia file2.iso
@batistuta9:
"""Why you are not using ZIP/ZIPX/RAR/7Z format"""
simple: the wii images (including iso *AND* wbfs) are encoded, so they are uncompressable. wia decodes the data so it becomes compressable.
you can learn more at the linked wit website.
